When we say MOQ 50 pcs — what does it actually mean?

Our minimum total order starts from 50 pieces. Within the order, the minimum is 25 pieces per style and colour. You can combine size quantities according to your sales plan.

Do I need to order the same quantity in every size?

No. The size split can be uneven. For example, you can order more units in your core sizes and fewer in the sizes you sell less often. The final size range is confirmed for each model.

Can you manufacture under my brand?

Yes. We work with private label production. Your collection can include your sewn-in brand label, composition and care label, hangtag and selected trims or branding details.

How does export from Kyrgyzstan to the EU work?

We prepare the commercial invoice and the required export documentation on the Kyrgyzstan side, including origin documents where applicable. The order is then handed to the international carrier. Import customs clearance in the destination country is handled on the importer side, usually with the carrier or customs broker.

What is REX and why can it matter for an EU brand?

REX registration is in progress and will be used for eligible EU shipments. REX is the EU Registered Exporter system used for statements on origin under applicable preferential trade arrangements. The exact origin document required depends on the shipment and is confirmed before dispatch.

How do you ship orders to Europe?

Orders are shipped from Bishkek by international logistics partners. The route, timing and delivery format are confirmed for each destination and order. We prepare the shipment for export and provide the relevant commercial and export documentation.

How is the manufacturing cost of a blazer calculated?

We quote each model individually after reviewing the construction and fabric direction. The final manufacturing cost depends on the fabric, lining, trims, construction complexity, finishing and production quantity.

Does the unit cost change with a larger production run?

Usually, yes. Larger production runs can improve unit economics because development and production setup are spread over more pieces. However, fabric, labour, trims and construction still create a minimum production cost for the model.

Can the same model be produced for different seasons?

Yes. One silhouette can be adapted through fabric weight, composition, lining and selected construction details. We can work with practical synthetic blends, more natural blended fabrics and predominantly natural or premium fibre directions depending on the collection and season.
